Peaceful Qi Gong with Celeste ~ Every Thursday at 5:30pm
Find the oasis of peace within through the self-healing art of Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice that can be described as a moving meditation. This fully guided class will lead you through a series of gentle movements, focused intention, and deep breathing techniques, designed to shed stress and tension and bring about deeper levels of calm and wellbeing. Ideal for strengthening the body's immune system, improving blood circulation, and overall mental and physical health. Everyone can realize benefits in this practice, regardless of experience or fitness level.
Celeste Montgomery is a certified instructor of Wuji Hundun Qigong, Organ Cleansing (Zang Fu Gong) Qigong, and Supreme Science Qigong, and is a Level One Reiki practitioner. She has personally studied with Senior Qigong Teacher Francesco Garripoli, Master Mingtong Gu, and Ed Howard. She incorporates into her teaching the methods and movements of these and many other experienced Qigong instructors as she seeks to deepen her own personal practice and introduce the benefits of Qigong to others. Introduced to Qigong in 2017, she began practicing daily and experienced immediate and long-term benefits, including release and clearing of stress, joint pain, depression, and emotional trauma, and the establishment of calmness, improved clarity of mind, and a greater sensitivity to energy. Immersive Reiki Sound Bath + Activation with Michael & Alicia 
Second Friday of Every Month 7-8:30pm (next one 4/11)
Join Michael from Healing Vibes 528 and Alicia from Healing Spirit Cafe, in this immersive journey into the energies of Sound, Reiki & Activation. In this group healing session, you will experience a short guided meditation, followed by a heart centered, multi instrument journey in sound and vibration facilitated by Michael. This sound journey will be accompanied by the gentle, loving energy of Reiki facilitated by Alicia. In addition to the Reiki, each person in attendance will also receive an energetic activation to increase their Life Force & Vitality. This activation will be the first in a series of activations, each one with a different purpose (to take place at future Sound Baths) that have been given to Alicia by Spirit. Some of the benefits that may be experienced from this activation are as follows (as given to Alicia by Spirit): *More Energy (this can also be felt in the mental and emotional bodies as more creativity) *Cellular Regeneration *Increased Bloodflow *Regulated Sleep Cycles *Maintenance of ideal/healthy body weight These activations help to wake up/ ignite what already exists within each individual, but may be lying dormant. Intuitive Reiki Gatherings with Alicia
Fourth Friday of Every Month 7-9pm (next one 3/28)
Intuitive Reiki Gatherings will be held every 4th Friday of each month, from 7-9pm. These gatherings give individuals a place to come together in a group setting, to receive the gift of Reiki, as well as Divine Guidance.
These gatherings were created from Alicia's passion for Reiki, as well as from recent Guidance from Spirit, to create a cost effective option, for those who wish to receive Reiki on a regular basis. Alicia has witnessed over and over again, the powerful ability that this Divine Energy has, to transform people's lives for the better, if they so choose.
Each month, participants of this Gathering will get a new opportunity to fully release all that no longer serves them, in a Loving, Healing, and Sacred environment. Each release of the old, allows for something new and beautiful to take it's place. This process is facilitated by the Reiki energy, which simply put, is Divine Love. Alicia allows herself to become the channel for this beautiful energy, and as the channel, she is also able to receive Divine messages and information that she will pass along to each person in attendance.
Every Gathering will begin with a light meditation. Alicia will then go from person to person giving approx.15 minutes of Reiki, directly followed by telling each individual the specific messages that she received for him or her, before moving on to the next person in the circle.
What to Bring: Water, a Journal to capture any thoughts, ideas or messages, a blanket if you desire, or anything else to keep you comfortable as you wait for your turn in the circle. Healing Spirit Cafe will also provide pillows and blankets to share as well.

Reiki Level III Certification ~ Usui Master Teacher Training
Complete the 3rd Degree of Usui Reiki with Alicia. This class will consist of 16 instructional hours, 8 hours each day. The first day will concentrate on Master Practitioner Training, and the second day will focus on Master Teacher Training. You will receive the Master attunement, and learn how to attune and teach others. And at the end of the class you will receive your Usui Level III Master Teacher Certificate.
Prerequisites: Reiki Level I & II (not necessary to have taken Level I & II with Alicia. If you haven't taken Level I or II with Alicia, please bring your Certificates for both with you on the first day of class)
During this class (Day 1):
* You will learn the Master symbol, and the different ways you can utilize this symbol during healing sessions, during the attunement process, as well as in your daily life
*You will gain further understanding of Energy Fields & Chakras
*You will learn Grounding Techniques & Aura Hygiene

Make sure to bring lots of water as well as a lunch for yourself (we will be eating our lunch together in the shop, so as not to break the energy of the group).
You don’t necessarily have to teach in order for the Master Teacher training to be useful. Many decide to take the Master Teacher training for their own personal and spiritual development, and to continue their Reiki journey. However, if you do decide to formally teach, you will have the tools and training, to be able to do so.
Total Cost: $800
A $200 deposit is required to secure your spot for this class.
Additional payments can be made via regular (agreed to) installments, with the class being paid in full prior to the start date. If you are not able to attend for some unexpected reason, you can use your deposit for the next upcoming class.

Join Michael from Healing Vibes 528 and Alicia from Healing Spirit Cafe, in this immersive journey into the energies of Sound, Reiki & Activation.
In this group healing session, you will experience a short guided meditation, followed by a heart centered, multi instrument journey in sound and vibration facilitated by Michael. This sound journey will be accompanied by the gentle, loving energy of Reiki facilitated by Alicia.
In addition to the Reiki, each person in attendance will also receive an energetic activation to increase their Life Force & Vitality. This activation will be the first in a series of activations, each one with a different purpose (to take place at future Sound Baths) that have been given to Alicia by Spirit. Some of the benefits that may be experienced from this activation are as follows (as given to Alicia by Spirit):
*More Energy (this can also be felt in the mental and emotional bodies as more creativity)
*Cellular Regeneration
*Increased Bloodflow
*Regulated Sleep Cycles
*Maintenance of ideal/healthy body weight
These activations help to wake up/ ignite what already exists within each individual, but may be lying dormant. It is the individual's desire to receive the activation as well as Alicia's desire to allow it to pass through her, as the 'giver', that makes the magic happen. This will be an individualized experience. Each person's frequency will determine the level of activation that they are able to receive.
Michael will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other instruments to trigger the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state. The individualized Reiki offered by Alicia will then promote an even deeper healing response, as it allows your body to lovingly accept the sound frequencies as well as the activation that she will be facilitating, and utilize them for your highest good.
These sounds and vibrations will help change your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state and then to a deeper relaxed theta state, bringing your mind, body, soul, and spirit to complete relaxation and pure bliss. This allows the body to heal and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
The Reiki, which is Divinely guided, will assist you in creating more of an energetic flow, within your body. It does this through the gentle release of heavier, dense energies that can accumulate as we move through difficult and challenging life experiences. When your life force energy is flowing freely through the body, you will notice positive effects felt by the mind, body & spirit.

During the class, you will receive a Reiki I attunement. This process opens the crown, heart and palm chakras and creates a special link between the student and the Reiki source. This attunement will align you to the Reiki energy and open up and clear your energetic pathways to enable you to transmit/channel Reiki energy. The attunement itself is an energy healing and will increase your personal vibration; you will begin to experience shifts following the class. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off, and you can never lose it.
You will also have the chance to practice what you’ve learned on other students as well as receive a healing yourself. Upon completing this class you will be able to give hands-on Reiki healing treatments to yourself and others.
A Reiki Level I Training Manual is included and will be handed out at the beginning of class. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the class, after the second day. Make sure to bring lots of water and pencils/pens if you wish to take notes.

Complete the 2nd Degree of Usui Reiki with Alicia.
Prerequisites: Reiki Level I (not necessary to have taken Level I with Alicia. If you haven't taken Level I with Alicia, please bring your Level I Certificate)
During this class:
* You will be attuned to Level II Reiki
* You will learn three sacred and powerful healing symbols, and the different ways you can utilize these symbols during healing sessions, as well as in your daily life
* You will learn how to work with a pendulum to check the chakra health of yourself and others
* You will learn how to send Distant Reiki to anyone & anything
* You will have practice time utilizing the sacred symbols and sending Distant Reiki
* Time permitting - each person in the class will also receive a Reiki treatment
During the class, you will receive a Reiki II attunement. This Level II attunement increases the energy that passes through the practitioner to 100% of their channeling capacity.
A Reiki Level II Training Manual is included and will be handed out at the beginning of class. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the class. Make sure to bring lots of water as well as a lunch for yourself (we will be eating our lunch together in the shop, so as not to break the energy of the group).
You will also need to bring a picture of someone you want to send distant healing to, during the class. Before you send distant healing to anyone, you must first get their permission and ask them for their intention for the healing. So, please make sure you do this before the class. Also bring a pendulum if you have one, if not one will be provided for you to borrow.
